We are looking to recruit a Head Green Keeper!
Previous greenkeeping experience is essential.
Job description:
Hartford Golf Club is a very friendly, family run business with a popular 9 hole golf course - we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our small but dynamic greens team as a full-time Head Greenkeeper reporting to our directors.
The ideal candidate will be very hands-on and will be involved in all aspects of course maintenance, including first class course presentation, planning and delivering essential works including Aeration, Feed programmes, and machinery maintenance and repairs. Previous greenkeeping experience would be essential.
A typical working week will be 42 hours including course set up work every other weekend. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team or on their own.
Mechanical, chainsaw, spraying certification PA1, PA2, & PA6, and experience of managing a small team would be an advantage to your application.
Pay is competitive and based on previous experience and age.
